For silk flower arrangements, please allow 2 to 4 weeks process your order.

For silk trees or silk plants, please allow 3 to 6 weeks process your order.

Special arrangements are necessary to deliver our products outside the United States. Please call our toll free number to discuss delivery options.

If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 5 business days of delivery by calling (888) 532-0232. Broken or damaged items will be replaced or you may elect to have a store credit for equal value.

All sales are final for tall silk trees.

If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees.
